Youth Sports

Program Principles

Youth Sports serves as a great vehicle for at-risk youth and young adults ages 7-24 years old to express themselves. MTAA coaches and mentors encourage participants to not only set team goals but individual goals as well. As youth and young adults recognize their improvement in skills and meet milestones, they build their self-esteem. This boosts their well-being, inspires and motivates them to want to achieve even more.
